At Proudturtles.com, we want your experience to be simple, transparent, and worry-free from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your door. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process, pack, and ship your pillowcases and home goods.
Order Processing Time
All orders are handled with care and processed within 0–3 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST (our daily cut-off time) are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will begin processing the following business day.
During busy seasons or major holidays, processing time may take slightly longer, but we always work hard to ship your order as soon as possible.

Shipping Fees
We apply a flat shipping rate of $4.95 per order, regardless of the number of items you purchase. There are no hidden charges or handling fees. At this time, we do not offer expedited or express delivery options, but these may be added in the future.

Tracking Your Order
Once your package ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number and carrier information. You can click the tracking link in that email to monitor the progress of your shipment.
If you haven’t received your tracking information within 5 business days after your order confirmation, please contact us and we’ll gladly assist you.
Missed, Lost, or Delayed Deliveries
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please wait 24 hours and check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office. In many cases, carriers mark packages as delivered slightly before they arrive.
If your order is still missing after 24 hours, please email us at [email protected]. We’ll work with the carrier to locate or replace your package promptly.
Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We cannot guarantee the ability to update addresses once an order has been processed. If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees once the package is returned.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country’s customs office. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.
Holiday & Weather Delays
We do our best to deliver your order quickly, but delays caused by holidays, extreme weather, or carrier backlogs are beyond our control. Please allow extra time during peak seasons such as Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year’s holidays.
Packaging
Each item is securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We care about the environment and aim to use recyclable or minimal packaging materials whenever possible.
