Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must remain attached
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Personalized or custom-made items (including items customized with names, designs, or personal details) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

How to Request a Return

To start a return request, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Include clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  3. Our customer service team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 2–3 business days
  4. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the refund status
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 2 business days to the original payment method
  • Please allow 10–15 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.
After this time, the order may already be in processing or production and cannot be cancelled.
