Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must remain attached
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Personalized or custom-made items (including items customized with names, designs, or personal details) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
How to Request a Return
To start a return request, please follow these steps:
- Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Include clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Our customer service team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 2–3 business days
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Refund Process
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the refund status
- Approved refunds will be issued within 2 business days to the original payment method
- Please allow 10–15 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.
After this time, the order may already be in processing or production and cannot be cancelled.
